Adventures in the Dordogne

Adventures in the Dordogne

We’ve been on a mission to find all the jaw-dropping activities around our new llama farm in the Dordogne, and let’s just say… we’ve uncovered an adventure playground !

  • Zip-lining like Tarzan 🐒 (but with better hair, me not Nigel Obvs!)
  • Kayaking like Olympians (bear with me, it’s the style of the email!) 🚣‍♀️
  • Playing human table football (Yes, it’s a thing – and it’s as ridiculous as it sounds 🤣)
  • Traversing gorges like action heroes! 🎬

And this is just the beginning! Everything’s within an hour of the farm, so you’ll never run out of activities in the Dordogne. 😎

We’ve even made you a map so you can plan your next big adventure like a pro! 🗺️

Now, here’s the million-dollar question: Which activity would you most want to try? 😏 Let me know – we’re on the edge of our seats waiting to hear your answer! 🙌

Loads of activities…in the best locations

It’s not just about lazy days by the pool, leisurely strolls around morning markets or the discovery of a 30,000 year old underground abyss in the Dordogne Valley. For years, the region has been a hot spot for adrenaline junkies looking to let off steam in some rather delicious locations. Miles of rugged landscapes run along the winding Dordogne river offering vacationers the chance to perfect their sport or try their hand at a new activity.
The stunningly verdant and voluptuous countryside, dotted with castles, ruined keeps, hamlets and medieval bastides provides limitless opportunities for outdoor sports (and the chance to do a bit of sightseeing at the same time).
